Plastic Model Bus Description, Bus Collector Value ($US) and Notes...

American Precision Models has made a number of nice little General Motors plastic HO scale buses since the mid 1990s. They have several diffferent liveries with this teal green and orange 1950s old look being from the North Olmstead Municipal Bus Lines.

This bus was part of a package of models sent to me by the owner of American Precision many years back to help promote their offerings. It can be ordered through their website at

why would you have an entire website showing model bus kits that are NOT for sale??!!

As taken from the front page of this site...

"This is a free resource for all collectors and aficionados of buses / transportation vehicles and we encourage you to submit comments, photos of your model buses and interact and discuss topics related to the model bus hobby."

In other words this is not a store, but a fun place for those into buses to check out bus models and toys (many very old and long discontinued) that you can put on your list of things to find at your next flea market outing or things to search out at eBay.

I would love to own this Toronto Transit bus. I would really like to see it in Diecast and own that also.

This bus was originally ordered and sold by a model train shop in Toronto. It can still be picked up at local toy shows for $30 - $40. It was produced in 2 versions, same bus, different bus #. I have both.
