This is a International Carpenter CE Model 1/48 scale. It is a IC Corp trade show handout. It is diecast and plastic construction. You can see and purchase it at http://www.school-bus-gifts.com while supplies last.

This International CE model is approximately 1/55, similar to the Siku Freightliner/Thomas scale model. It is simpler than the Siku, has no interior or opening doors/hood. The casting is pretty good, though the wheels are a bit skinny. The yellow paint is too pale. A more accurate chrome yellow paint job would make this an excellent model to go along with the Siku and Thomas promos.
