This is a handmade plaster model of a 2-door GM old look city bus (possibly a TDH-4512) in Public Service Coordinated Transport (New Jersey) trim. It appears to be about HO scale. Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the person who built it, but I bought this around 1994 at one of the Gathering of Buses shows. Have another one similar to this one, but unpainted and a little shorter.
YOUR COMMENTS
These were Dave Roberts Miniature Transports products. I was one of Dave's best customers back in the eighties. He was based in Florida back then and eventually greatly reduced his stock choices, handing over the distribution duties to a guy from northern California. I have these in Red Arrow Lines colors and PTC colors...on my HO layout.
This appears to be a TDH4008. The seven square windows between the front door and the center exit and the two square windows beyond the exit mark it as a 40-passenger model. Public Service had a bunch of these.
